THANK YOU I WILL NEVER STOP!!!! ;_;
shaky hands today
it’s also rlly fun to do pogos <:
YES, AGREED. POGOS ARE REALLY FUN!!!
Jump maps are a pretty good way to get the ‘feel’ for rocket jumping. It’s all in practice, but once you get it down you’ll pretty much instantly love playing Soldier with your new-found prowess.
YESSSSS. listen to mr.brown hat!! check out tf2jump.com for more details guys! (jump servers can be found in the server list, jump maps start with jump_*mapnamehere*) apply the skills you’ve learned on jump maps to the official maps. soldier will be so much fun when you’re flying around town!!
and here’s a few tips from me to you,
-jump + crouch + shoot, my friend. that’s a basic rocket jump right there.
-aim towards your feet to go straight up, aim behind you to go foward!
-you’ll want to always face the direction you want to go. when speed boosting off of walls, make a snapping/flicking motion to shoot behind you and then look foward. (ya don’t want to greet your enemy with yo booty! )
-always hold down crouch. you’ll have more control/speed! you don’t need to hold down jump.
-try not to hold W/foward. rocket jumping does not require WASD, but AD (left/right) will be used for strafing in air! holding W will limit your control greatly : (
with enough practice you will become a rocket jumping WIZARD!!!!
SOLDIER!!!! w/ default rocket launcher, gunboats, and escape plan. i love rocket jumping so much….
but i use to play a butt ton of default scout before i learned how to properly rocket jump.
